Where My Thoughts Go Lately

 Lately, the same things keep coming to my thoughts when I am not willing them to go a certain way. It all starts with Luke 8:26 and the story of the man who was living by himself naked in a cemetery, unable to be contained by shackles and living a life in isolated darkness. This man lived among caves beside the Sea of Galilee that I had the honor to be able to see with my own eyes last year on my trip there. That spot truck a deep chord in me as I saw it as the spot where a man that everyone feared, ran from, and were repulsed by was sought out, seen, freed, and connected with by Jesus. That man had not truly been seen by anyone in years and his own voice and self had been taken over by demons, enough to fill up an entire herd of pigs. Jesus went out of his way to go to the man that no one else wanted to be around, he truly saw this man that desired freedom and connection.          This afternoon I had the rare opportunity to go out to late lunch/early dinner by myself. Logan had some down time before going to an evening prayer walk and Samuel was in a deep sleep, so I knew it was my chance to go on a small adventure three minutes away to...TJ'S!!!!! Some of you may have heard me talk about this recently, because finally one of my dreams came true by simply going there on Sunday with Logan. I have driven past it so many times wondering what it would be like...imagining the "oh i'll have the usuals" and "its nice to see you again in here for the third time this week Mr. Brown" TJ's would be a place for "Mr. Brown" to go get his meals when his wife of 60 years passed away and he needed that taste of home cookin or a listening ear in the waitress who is practically family now since she has worked there for so many years. Mom really enjoys it that Abby has a blog and i figure since I am moving to Kansas City I will make one to keep people updated with my life. updates: I miss Logan and that about sums up my thought life. Im trying to get addresses for the wedding and that about sums up my spare time, other than talking to Logan and napping. I enjoy Thursday Bible study and I am at FSM sun-thurs. My life isnt too incredibly exciting, just waiting. wishing i had more time with my parents while i live here.
